•  Eligibility Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

• Defective/Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund at no cost.
• Process: Contact us at [support email] with your order number and photos. We’ll guide you through the return.
• Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, lashes and opened beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.
